Welcome to Doc2Doc Talk, a secure, HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted messaging platform designed exclusively for healthcare professionals. Doc2Doc Talk is developed and operated by E-Clinics International LLC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doc2Doc Talk application ("App"), website (https://Doc2Doc Talk.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be a licensed or credentialed healthcare provider, organization, or authorized staff member to use Doc2Doc Talk. You affirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
2. Account Registration and SMS Verification
To access Doc2Doc Talk, you are required to register an account and verify your identity using SMS-based One-Time Passcodes (OTPs).
By registering:
- You consent to receive OTPs via SMS for signup, login, or password recovery.
- Standard SMS rates may apply, and you are responsible for such charges.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Doc2Doc Talk only for lawful purposes and in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare communication laws.
You must not:
- Use the platform for personal, non-professional communication.
- Transmit spam, abusive, threatening, or misleading content.
- Violate patient privacy or share Protected Health Information (PHI) outside of a secure, intended use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these guidelines.
4. HIPAA & Data Security Compliance
- Doc2Doc Talk is HIPAA-compliant and uses end-to-end encryption to ensure the confidentiality and security of all communications.
- We do not store or access the content of messages, audio, or video calls.
- All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
- Only authorized users can access your shared content.
- You are responsible for complying with your organization's privacy practices and federal/state laws when using our Services.
5. Third-Party Services
Doc2Doc Talk may integrate with third-party services such as Twilio for SMS delivery. These services are contractually obligated to adhere to strict security and confidentiality standards.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or mobile numbers.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Keep your registration information accurate.
- Use Doc2Doc Talk in a professional and ethical manner.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Log out of your account when not in use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design elements on Doc2Doc Talk are the exclusive property of E-Clinics International LLC, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written authorization.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
- Modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the Services without notice.
9. Disclaimers
Doc2Doc Talk is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability or error-free service.
- That communication delays, third-party failures (like SMS delivery), or data loss will never occur.
We shall not be held liable for damages arising from use, misuse, unauthorized access, or service outages.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Clinics International LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Doc2Doc Talk.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://lumidoctalk.com/terms.html.
Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Consent for SMS Messaging (for A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Doc2Doc Talk for the purpose of account creation, verification, login security, and password recovery. These messages are non-marketing in nature.
To revoke your consent, please email info@lumidoctalk.com. Revocation may result in restricted access to your account.
SMS Verification Process
To ensure the security and authenticity of our healthcare professionals, Doc2Doc Talk uses a two-step SMS verification process. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Account Creation
Enter your professional credentials and mobile number to create your account. Our system will validate your healthcare provider status.

Step 2: PIN Verification
You will receive a secure one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter this PIN to complete your account verification.
